ROUTES TO DR. JOHN DOUILLARD'S LIFESPA

From Boulder
Get yourself to Foothills Parkway (Hwy 157) or to Iris Avenue.  Either one eventually merges with Hwy 119 (the Diagonal).  Going in the direction of Longmont, you will pass a light at Jay Road.  The next light is 63rd Street.  Turn right, and immediately get into the left turn lane to go east onto Lookout Road.  Lookout takes you past the King Soopers shopping center, and then the next intersection is Gunpark Drive East (there's a Compass Bank and Gunbarrel Medical Center on the corner).  Turn right on Gunpark, and we're 1/10 of a mile down on the left side of the street.

From Areas South of Boulder
A. Take Interstate 25 North to Hwy 52 (exit #235 - Dacono/Ft. Lupton). Heading west, you'll pass Hwy 287, and the next light will be 95th St.  Go south (left) on 95th to Lookout Rd. Turn right (west) and take Lookout past the 3-way stop at 75th, past the light at 71st, and about half a mile farther you'll turn left onto Gunpark Dr. East (there's a Compass Bank and Gunbarrel Medical Center at the corner). We are 1/10 of a mile down on the left: 6662 Gunpark, Suite 102. If coming from Denver, this route will save you about 10-15 minutes of driving time over taking Hwy 36.

B. Take Interstate 25 to the Boulder Turnpike (Hwy 36). Go west on 36 and take the Louisville/ Superior exit, turning right, toward Louisville. You will then be on McCaslin Blvd., traveling north. Go all the way to the top of the hill and turn left (west) onto South Boulder Rd. (South Boulder is the eastern extension of Table Mesa.) Take the first right onto 76th St. Then turn left on Baseline Rd. (light) and almost immediately right onto 75th St. Continue North on 75th until it comes to a "T" (3-way stop) where you will turn left onto Lookout Rd. Go past the light at 71st, and about half a mile farther is Gunpark Dr. E (there's a Compass Bank and Gunbarrel Medical Center at the corner). We are 1/10 of a mile down on the left: 6662 Gunpark Dr. E., Suite 102. This route will help you avoid Boulder city traffic.

C. Take Boulder Turnpike (Route 36) to Table Mesa/Foothills Parkway exit. Take the left fork onto Foothills Parkway (Hwy 157). After crossing Pearl and Valmont, Foothills Parkway takes a big curve and becomes the "Diagonal" (Hwy 119). Continue on the Diagonal past Jay Rd. to the next light at 63rd St., where you turn right. Take your first left onto Lookout Rd. Pass the King Soopers Shopping Center, and at Gunpark Dr., turn right again. We are 1/10 of a mile down on the left: 6662 Gunpark, Suite 102.

From Areas North of Boulder
From Longmont:
Go south on the Diagonal, Hwy 119, towards Boulder.  After the light at Niwot Rd., the next light will be Hwy 52 (IBM plant on right).  Turn left, and just after crossing the railroad tracks, turn right onto 71st street.  Follow 71st south to the light at Lookout Rd.  Turn right (west) and about half a mile farther down Lookout is Gunpark Dr. E (there's a Compass Bank and Gunbarrel Medical Center at the corner). We are 1/10 of a mile down Gunpark on the left: 6662 Gunpark, Suite 102.

From Lyons/Estes Park:
Take Hwy 36 south towards Boulder. Bear left when the road forks just north of town (you'll be on 28th St.). Turn left at the light at Jay Rd. Continue east on Jay until you come to the "Diagonal," Hwy 119. Turn left onto the Diagonal heading northeast. Turn right at the next light at 63rd St. (you are now going south) and take the first left onto Lookout Rd. Pass the King Soopers Shopping Center, and at the next corner, Gunpark Dr., turn right. We are 1/10 of a mile down on the left: 6662 Gunpark, Suite 102.  If you know Nelson Rd., you can come east on Nelson from Hwy 36 and turn right when you reach 63rd St. Follow 63rd south until you cross 119, turn left onto Lookout, and the directions are the same from there.
