External Skincare Products
  • Use 4-6 drops of the Facial Moisturizer with Himalayan Mist after Cleanser-Toner in the AM and PM to restore normal skin function.
  • Use Wrinkle Serum with herbal vitamin C every morning and evening for wrinkle treatment and prevention.
  • Use Garshana Glove massage daily for lymph flow, exfoliation and to boost alkalinity.
  • Use Body Butter daily in the shower to support lymphatic flow.
  • Use Facial Mask 2-3 times per week for the first month to detox the deep tissues of the skin.
  • After the first month use Cleanser-Toner daily and mask once a week.
  • Follow Cleanser-Toner with 3-5 drops of Facial Moisturizer and Himalayan Mist to activate normal skin function.
  • Use Body Butter daily — in the shower — as a sun screen (SPF 4) lymph mover and deep moisturizer for the skin.
  • Use Wrinkle Serum as needed
