Shipping Method: All products (except for Colorado Cleanse Support & Supply Kits, see below) are sent USPS Priority Mail within 1-3 business days of placing your order. USPS quotes that your package will be delivered within 2-6 business days after leaving our office. Please keep in mind that holidays and bad weather (even in other areas of the country) can delay your package.
During registration periods for the Spring and Fall Colorado Cleanse, Support & Supply Kits will be shipped in large batches and will be received at least 1 week before the Cleanse begins.
Overnight Orders: If you would like to expedite your order, please call us at 303.530.3020 by 12pm Mountain Standard Time to request Overnight shipping via FedEx . We will then calculate the rate for you based on the various options. Please note that sending an email to request overnight shipping may cause delays.
Return Policy:

All returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase.

Herbal Products must be unopened.

LifeSpa Skin Care products may be returned due to skin allergy or if item is defective/damaged. Contents must be at least ¾ full.

We cannot refund shipping charges on product returns.

Books and CDs may not be returned.

If returning an item please include your invoice, reason for returning, your full name and contact info (to ensure we refund the correct person!).
