Shipping and Handling Charges


LifeSpa's Shipping and Return Policy

 

Thank you for ordering from LifeSpa.  We are committed to providing you with high quality products and excellent customer service. Following are our shipping policies.  Please feel free to contact us with any comments or questions.

 

Shipping Method:   All products are sent USPS Priority within 1-2 business days of placing your order.  USPS quotes that your package will be delivered within 2-6 business days after leaving our office.  Please keep in mind that post office holidays and bad weather (even in other areas of the country) can delay your package.

 

Contact Information:  Please provide an accurate phone number and email so we may contact you if we have any issues or concerns regarding your order.  Sometimes packages can be delayed if we cannot contact you promptly.  Information you provide on this site is for the sole use of LifeSpa and will not be shared or sold to any other party. 

 

Phone Orders vs Internet Orders:  You are welcome to place your order over the phone, particularly if you have any questions and prefer a friendly voice.  If you are in a hurry to receive your package, in general, Internet Orders are processed more quickly than Phone Orders.

 

Overnight Orders:  If you would like to expedite your order, please call us at 303.516.4848 to request Overnight shipping via FedEx.  We will then calculate the rate for you based on the various options.  To have an order shipped overnight the same day, please call before 12pm Mountain Standard Time.

 

International Orders:  As our website is not currently set up to accept international orders, please call or email our office with the following information:

·         Full Name

·         Mailing Address

·         Phone number

·         Credit Card number, expiration date, and security code (Amex is the 4 digits on the front, MasterCard or Visa are the 3 digits on the back).  We accept Visa, Amex and MC.

·         Billing Address for your credit card.

·         The items you want, and the quantity of each.

·         We ship Priority International Mail.  Though it costs a little more, you are guaranteed to receive your package.

·         Please specify if you want us to tell you the shipping price before we charge your card.

·         Our email and voice mail our secure, so please feel confident to leave your information.  We immediately delete any emails or voice mails with credit card information.

 

Return Policy:

         If you are returning a product, please call or email first with the reason for returning.   Sometimes a product does not need to be returned – it just needs to be used differently or taken in different dosages.

·         In your package, please include the following information to ensure that you receive your refund:

·         A copy of your invoice or a note with your contact information.

·         The reason for returning the product.

·         Your phone number.

·         The credit card number you want to make the refund to.  Our website is so secure that LifeSpa staff do not have access to the credit card number you made the purchase with.  Include the expiration date and security code (Amex is the 4 digits on the front, MasterCard or Visa are the 3 digits on the back).  We accept Visa, Amex and MC.

·         All returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase.

         Herbal Products must be unopened.

         LifeSpa Skin Care products may be returned due to skin allergy or if item is defective/damaged. Contents must be at least ¾ full.

         Books and CDs may not be returned.

         We cannot refund shipping charges on product returns.
