How to Open a Wholesale Account:

Complete and submit the >>>ONLINE APPLICATION FORM.
Fax a copy of your reseller’s license* and also your business license to 303-530-4409.
Wait for an email from LifeSpa, confirming that your application has been approved. As your application is manually reviewed by a LifeSpa team member, please give us 1-2 business days to approve and set up your account.
Logon with your new username and password to begin ordering online.

Wholesale Prices and Minimum Purchase:

LifeSpa products are 40% off. (This only applies to LifeSpa herbal capsules, LifeSpa organic skin care, LifeSpa supplements, and Colorado Cleanse books. We are not able to sell the massage oils, nasya oil, khichadi, mung dal, or Colorado Cleanse kits at wholesale pricing.)
Organic India products are 25% off.
All other products by other companies are not available at wholesale (such as books, DVDs, and other herbs or products).
Wholesale prices are not for personal use.
Wholesale prices are only for products that will be sold at retail with sales tax. Like all companies who sell at wholesale we do not charge sales tax because it is expected that the wholesale member will collect sales tax from their customers when they resell our product.
Minimum Purchase: Also note that the wholesale discount is applied only when you meet the required minimum purchase of $150.00 at the wholesale pricing.
Drop Ship: We do not offer this service. At this time professionals who resale our products stock their own inventory.

* Additional Information About a Reseller's License:

A Resale Certificate is to certify that all your purchases from us are for resale and not for personal use. It is required by the state for all purchase-for-resale transactions. With a copy of this Certificate in our file, LifeSpa will be complying with state laws as there will be no sales tax on your wholesale purchases. It is considered illegal to purchase our products at wholesale for personal use because sales tax is not being paid to the state.

A reseller’s tax license is issued by your state. Different states also refer to it as a Seller's Permit, Retail Tax License, Resale Number, Reseller License, Resellers Tax Id, State Tax Resale Id, Resale Certificate, etc. Simply go to your local state office to obtain this required license and ensure that you (and LifeSpa) are operating legally.

This permit is required in addition to a Business License and a Federal Employer Number (FEIN) or Federal Tax ID and a DBA Business Name Certificate if your trade name is different from your last name. Please check with your accountant, attorney and/or state office to ensure that you are operating legally with all the required licenses.

(NOTE: You are NOT required to obtain a sellers permit in AK, NH, or OR. If you are doing busness in these states, send us a copy of your federal tax id certificate and business license instead).

In general, it is unlawful for any person, to carry on any business, trade, profession, calling, occupation or gainful activity without a seller's permit if the business buys to resell or sells wholesale or retail taxable services or tangible items.
