We have created this table below to help you understand the different packages available for your Panchakarma (PK). Though we recommend at least a 7 day retreat, you can come for any number of days.

We do not have a "one size fits all" package and are happy to custom tailor these packages to fit your budget, schedule and goals.
Consults with John Douillard, DC:
- New Patient Consultation: If you are a New Patient you will also need to schedule an initial consultation with Dr. John at least 4-6 weeks before your Panchakarma start date.

- Pre-PK Consult: This 30 minute consult is 2-4 weeks before your start date. In addition to following-up with you about your current health goals, Dr. John will prescribe a 7 day cleanse that you will do at home the week before your Panchakarma. The cost is included in the packages below.
- Consults During Pancaharkma: Patients find that they receive the most value from their Panchakarma when they schedule more time with Dr. John to unravel old patterns, beliefs, emotions and stress. Dr. Douillard has extensive experience - and a natural gift - with Ayurvedic Psychology. During your consult he will also support your 'inner safari' with meditation, breathing practices, specific yoga postures, self-inquiry and journalling.
- Each package of 3 days or more includes an Orientation and Closing meeting with Tauna Houghton, the Panchakarma Manager.
Daily Spa Treatments
Each day during your Panchakarma you will receive a Royal or Day Spa treatment, based on your preference. You choose between the Royal or Day Spa treatment when you book your Panchakarma and Dr. John prescribes the therapies for each treatment when you are here:
- Royal Panchakarma Treatment: 2 hour session with 2 therapists and 2-4 therapies. One of the main benefits of a Royal treatment is that two therapists (thus 4 hands) massage you in a synchronized rhythm that facilitates a deep unwinding of the nervous system and quieting of the mind. An example treatment would be: garshana (massage with raw silk gloves), warm oil abhyanga massage, herbalized swedana (steam), shirodhara (warm oil on the forehead).
- Day Spa Treatment: 1 hour session with 1 therapist and 1-2 therapies. An example treatment would be a warm oil abhyanga massage followed by shirodhara (warm oil on the forehead) or an udvartana paste massage.
Dr. John's Recommendations:
Whenever possible, Dr. John highly recommends that patients stay for 7 days or more and take advantage of the Samadhi option, simply because it maximizes your benefits because you spend more time in retreat, having consults with Dr. John and receiving therapeutic treatments from our skilled Panchakarma Therapists.

Accommodations
We highly recommend the Lookout Inn Guest House & Suites, which is a lovely bed and breakfast with spacious, homey rooms that is within a short and easy walking distance of our clinic. We highly recommend arriving the day before and departing the day after your Panchakarma, to receive the full benefits of your retreat. Please do not fly in on your first day of treatments as flight or traffic delays are very common these days and we wouldn't want you to miss your first day, which would result in a shorter retreat and cancellation fees. Arriving a day early also gives you a chance to settle in and relax.
Detoxifying Meals
During Panchakarma we recommend that you eat a cleansing mono-diet of khichadi, which is a mixture of rice, beans and mild spices (such as ginger, cumin, turmeric, etc). We can have these meals delivered to our office after your treatments or to your room at the LookOut Inn. The price ranges from an additional $9 - $11 per meal. Most patients order 1-2 servings per day. For patients who do a one week Panchakarma, the cost is usually $70-$140 per week. By ordering this meal you ensure a simple and easily digestible diet without the effort of shopping, cooking or cleaning up each meal!
Transportation
If you are flying to Colorado, we recommend flying into the Denver International Airport and taking the Super Shuttle (www.SuperShuttle.com) directly to the LookOut Inn Guest House. If you stay there, you don't need to rent a car because you can easily walk back and forth between our clinic.
LifeSpa Panchakarma Terms & Conditions
Deposit: A 50% deposit is due at the time your PK appointments are scheduled to secure your dates and times.
Cancellation Policy: Given our financial commitment to our therapists, their commitment to being available for our Panchakarma guests, and because we turn away other patients if our schedule is full, we have implemented the following Cancellation Policy.
Cancellation 3 weeks (21 days) or more before your start date: Your deposit is fully refundable only when notice of cancellation is given at least 3 weeks prior to the first day of your scheduled PK program.
Cancellation 20 days or less before your start date: 50% of the cost of the treatment(s) will apply if you cancel 20 days or less prior to the first day of your scheduled PK program.
Cancellation within 24 hours: 50% of the cost of the treatment(s) will apply. If you cancel a 30 minute consult with Dr. Douillard the fee is $50. If you cancel a 60 minute consult with Dr. Douillard the fee is $100.
Reschedule Policy: If you need to reschedule the dates of any of your treatments, kindly give us 14 day notice, or there will be a $25 reschedule fee per treatment. If you reschedule within 24 hours before your treatment(s), the fee will be 50% of the cost of the treatment(s). If you reschedule a 30 minute consult with Dr. Douillard the fee is $50. If you reschedule a 60 minute consult with Dr. Douillard the fee is $100.
Form of Payment: Deposit payment may be made by MC/Visa/ Amex, cashier’s check or cash. Deposit payment may be made by personal check if made one month prior to your first scheduled PK appointment to allow for check clearance.
Balance Due: The balance of your PK bill is due by 2 pm on Friday or the last day of your program, whichever comes first. We accept MC/Visa/AMEX, cashier’s check, cash and personal checks.
Health Insurance: LifeSpa does not accept health insurance. By request we will supply a superbill that may be sent by the patient to your insurance company for re-imbursement. Note: Heath Savings Accounts are accepted forms of payment.
Confirmation: Please do not make travel arrangements until you have received definite confirmation of your Panchakarma program dates.
Gratuities: Gratuities are not expected.
